    How it works

    It may be incorrect to assume that the root cause of equipment failure lies solely within the power plant where the failure occurred. The issue could also stem from harmonic interference generated by a neighboring factory, which has affected the shared distribution network.

    The GGJ series low-voltage filtering reactive power compensation device consists of the CVT-18 series measurement and control unit, MST/MSK series filtering compensation modules, busbar system, protection system, cabinets, and more. The measurement and control unit accurately measures the reactive power, and based on pre-configured parameters, the MST filtering compensation module employs HKT non-contact, fast, inrush-free switching technology to enable stepwise automatic switching—achieving precise three-phase and phase-specific reactive power compensation. Meanwhile, the MSK filtering compensation module uses its own switching mechanism for stepwise automatic operation, delivering highly accurate three-phase reactive power compensation. Additionally, the inclusion of reactors effectively prevents system oscillations while purposefully designed to absorb significant harmonic components from the power supply.

    Normal operating conditions

    ● Ambient temperature: -50°C to +40°C, with the average temperature not exceeding +36°C over any 24-hour period

    ●Altitude: Not exceeding 2,500 m.

    ●Relative humidity: Not exceeding 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40°C. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity levels are permissible (e.g., up to 90% at +20°C), allowing for moderate condensation due to temperature fluctuations.

    ● The tilt angle of the equipment relative to the vertical plane should not exceed 5° during installation.

    ● The equipment should be installed in a location free from severe vibrations, impacts, and corrosive substances.

    Product Features

    ● Highly Intelligent Measurement and Control

    The measurement and control device utilizes DSP technology to measure various parameters, including frequency, voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, and harmonic components. It also supports asynchronous automatic switching operations and can trigger alarms and protection functions in cases of harmonic overlimits, voltage overlimits, or system oscillations.

    ● Efficient, safe, and reliable

    The GGJ series filter compensation capacitors and HL series filtering reactors are utilized, featuring built-in discharge resistors. These components incorporate advanced technologies such as dry-type construction, self-healing capabilities, and pressure-sensitive circuit-breaker technology, ensuring long service life and exceptional overload resistance. The reactors boast high linearity, minimal inductance tolerance, compact dimensions, and a high temperature rating (Class H). Additionally, they are equipped with a comprehensive temperature protection system and an efficient ventilation setup.

    ●Switching Technology

    HKT uses contactless fast switching devices with zero inrush current, or high-performance, robust contactors for switching operations.

    5. If bus bridges are required to connect switchgear units or incoming feeder cabinets, please provide specific requirements such as the rated current-carrying capacity of the bus bridge, its span length, and the height from the ground.

    6. When attachments or spare parts are needed, please specify the type and quantity required.
