KYN28(A)-12 Type Armored Withdrawable AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

The KYN28(A)-12(GZS1)-type armored, withdrawable AC metal-clad switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is designed for use in three-phase 50Hz AC power systems, where it serves to receive and distribute electrical energy while also enabling circuit control, protection, and monitoring. Additionally, the newly introduced and developed high-current, high-breaking-capacity switchgear can be used independently at the outlet of high-voltage generators.

    The KYN28(A)-12(GZS1)-type armored, withdrawable AC metal-clad switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is designed for use in three-phase 50Hz AC power systems, where it serves to receive and distribute electrical energy while also enabling circuit control, protection, and monitoring. Additionally, the newly introduced and developed high-current, high-breaking-capacity switchgear can be used independently at the outlet of high-voltage generators.

    This product complies with the following standards: GB3906 "3~35kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear," GB/T11022 "Common Technical Requirements for High-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment," and IEC298 "AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Control Equipment Rated 1kV and Above up to 52kV."

    Environmental operating conditions

    Ambient air temperature: maximum +40°C, minimum -15°C.

    Humidity conditions: Daily average relative humidity: <95%, with daily average water vapor pressure not exceeding 2.2 kPa; monthly average relative humidity: <90%, with monthly average water vapor pressure not exceeding 1.8 kPa.

    Altitude: 2,500 m and below.

    Seismic intensity: Not exceeding magnitude 8.

    The surrounding air should be free from obvious contamination by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, and the like.

    No locations with frequent, intense vibrations.

    Use beyond the normal conditions specified by GB3906 requires consultation between the user and the manufacturer.

    Ordering Instructions (Please specify when placing your order)

    1. Main circuit scheme number, purpose, single-line system diagram, arrangement drawing, and distribution room layout plan, etc.

    2. Schematic diagram of the auxiliary circuit wiring and terminal arrangement diagram.

    3. Model, specifications, and quantity of electrical components within the switchgear.

    4. Requirements for control, measurement, and protection functions of switching equipment, as well as requirements for other interlocking and automatic devices.

    5. If bus bridges are required to connect switchgear units or incoming feeder cabinets, please provide specific data such as the rated current-carrying capacity of the bus bridge, its span length, and the height from the ground.

    6. When attachments or spare parts are needed, please specify the type and quantity required.

    7. If switchgear is to be used in special environmental conditions, please provide detailed specifications when placing your order.

    Note: 1. The short-circuit capacity of the current transformer should be considered separately.

    Structural Features

    1. Switchgear Structure (see the figure below)

    2. All-metal assembly with a modular, prefabricated structure.

    3. The cabinet body is made from imported aluminum-zinc coated thin steel sheets, processed using an FMS flexible manufacturing system. It features advanced multi-fold edge technology and is assembled with self-clinching rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, ensuring high precision, excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight construction, superior strength, and exceptional versatility.

    4. Equipped with either the ZN63A-12(VS1) series or the imported IVD4 series vacuum circuit breakers, offering wide applicability, high reliability, and maintenance-free operation.

    5. The handcart features working and test positions, each equipped with positioning and display mechanisms that ensure safety and reliability.

    6. Vehicles of the same specifications can be freely interchanged, offering high interchangeability.

    7. The handcart is transported by a dedicated carrier vehicle, making operation convenient and flexible.

    8. The cable room can accommodate up to 9 single-core cables.

    9. Reliable mechanical and electrical interlocking devices that fully meet the "Five-Prevention" requirements.

    10. Each high-voltage room is equipped with a pressure relief channel to ensure personal safety.

    11. The front panel is equipped with an observation window, allowing you to monitor the operational status of internal components.
