Product Overview
The MS-ATS dual-power distribution box is suitable for power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, and can be used in three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire systems with AC voltages of 500V or lower, primarily for powering and lighting distribution. The MS-ATS dual-power distribution box is designed as an indoor unit, mounted against a wall, with maintenance accessible from the front of the panel.
Environmental operating conditions
● Ambient temperature: -50°C to +40°C, with the average temperature not exceeding +36°C over any 24-hour period
●Altitude: Not exceeding 2500m.
●Relative Humidity: Does not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40°C; at lower temperatures, higher relative humidity levels are permissible (e.g., up to 90% at +20°C), accounting for moderate condensation that may occur due to temperature fluctuations.
● The tilt of the equipment relative to a vertical surface should not exceed 5° during installation.
● The equipment should be installed in a location free from severe vibrations, impacts, and corrosive environments.

Product Structure
The floor-mounted dual-power distribution cabinet is an indoor, wall-mounted distribution device with a single front-opening door. Its basic structure is fabricated by bending steel plates and welding angle steel components together. On the front right side, a knife switch handle can be installed for manually controlling power disconnection and connection. Additionally, the cabinet door can accommodate operation buttons, indicator lights, and display instruments. Once the door is opened, all internal components of the distribution box are fully exposed, making maintenance and inspection convenient. This distribution cabinet is equipped with an air circuit breaker and fuses for short-circuit protection, as well as contactors and thermal relays. Both the door and the cabinet body are welded with grounding screws to ensure a reliable electrical connection between the enclosure and the ground.
