Product Overview
The HXGN-12 ring main unit is designed for use in 3-10 kV, three-phase, 50 Hz single-bus systems, serving solely as equipment for receiving and distributing electrical power. It represents a new generation of compact urban and rural grid equipment, featuring compact design, rational structure, high safety and reliability, and straightforward operation—making it perfectly suited to meet market demands as well as the needs of urban grid upgrades and modular substation applications.
Result Explanation
The switchgear cabinet features a metal-enclosed, box-type, fixed structure. The cabinet body can be fabricated using a variety of materials, including C-channel steel, 8MF steel profiles, and aluminum-zinc coated sheets. It is assembled using multiple types of connectors. The cabinet is divided into three distinct compartments: the busbar chamber, the instrument room, and the cable chamber. All components are precisely processed and manufactured using advanced, fully CNC-equipped machinery—such as shearing machines, lathes, punching machines, and bending machines—ensuring high dimensional accuracy and geometric precision. This streamlined manufacturing process not only speeds up production but also allows for flexible, customized configurations tailored to meet diverse customer requirements.

1. The cabinet features an assembled design, eliminating the need for welding, resulting in high mechanical strength and a sleek, aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2. The indoor air-insulated load switch-fuse combination unit features a mechanically interlocked device operated according to a predefined sequence, providing reliable safety protection for both operators and equipment.
3. The load switch installed in the cabinet can be mounted either upright or inverted, depending on the incoming cable connection method.
4. The main switch and cabinet doors both feature a mandatory mechanical interlocking mechanism, ensuring the product meets the five-protection functional requirements.
5. The cable installation has ample space, making cable fabrication, installation, and inspection/maintenance convenient.
