    1. Fully insulated, fully sealed, maintenance-free, and reliably ensuring personal safety.

    2. Compact in design, with a volume only 1/3 to 1/5 that of conventional transformers of the same capacity; its height is just 1.5 units, ensuring unobstructed visibility.

    3. A compartmentalized structure is used to prevent oil contamination within the transformer tank.

    4. The high-voltage side features dual-fuse full-range protection, significantly reducing costs.

    5. It can be used with ring networks as well as in terminal applications, and the cable connectors can be urgently plugged and unplugged even under a 200A load current.

    6. The enclosure features a honeycomb-style, double-layer composite panel that provides both excellent insulation and effective heat dissipation.

    7. An undervoltage controller can be installed on the low-voltage side, enabling rapid disconnection of the low-voltage load when abnormal voltage conditions occur within the system.

    8. High-voltage oil-immersed load switches or SF6 load switches can be automatically upgraded, laying the foundation for achieving distribution network automation.

    Uses

    Widely used in urban grid upgrades, residential communities, and various public spaces, as well as indoor and outdoor locations such as factories, mines, hotels, airports, railways, ports, and highways.

    Normal operating conditions

    1. Altitude not exceeding 2500m.

    2. Ambient temperature: -35°C to +40°C.

    3. Relative Humidity: The daily average should not exceed 95%, and the monthly average should not surpass 90%.

    4. Installation location: A place free from fire hazards, explosion risks, chemically corrosive gases, and with good ventilation; the floor inclination should not exceed 3°.

    Implementation Standards

    This product complies with the following standards: GB/T 17467-1998 "High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substations"; and DL/T 537-93 "Technical Specifications for Ordering 6-35kV Box-Type Substations."

    Ordering Instructions (Please specify when placing your order)

    1. Main circuit scheme number, purpose, single-line system diagram, arrangement drawing, and distribution room layout plan, etc.

    2. Schematic diagram of the auxiliary circuit wiring and terminal arrangement diagram.

    3. Model, specifications, and quantity of electrical components within the switchgear.

    4. Requirements for control, measurement, and protection functions of switchgear equipment, as well as requirements for other interlocking and automatic devices

    5. If bus bridges are required to connect switchgear units or incoming feeder cabinets, please provide specific data such as the rated current-carrying capacity of the bus bridge, its span length, and the height from the ground.

    6. When attachments or spare parts are needed, please specify the type and quantity required.

    7. If switchgear is to be used under special environmental conditions, detailed specifications should be provided at the time of order.
