Product Overview
The XL-21 power distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants and industrial/mining enterprises, designed for use in three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire systems with AC voltages of 500V or lower, primarily for powering and lighting distribution. The XL-21 power distribution cabinet is intended for indoor installation, mounted against a wall, with maintenance accessible from the front of the unit.
Normal operating conditions
● Ambient temperature: -50°C to +40°C, with the average temperature not exceeding +36°C over any 24-hour period.
●Altitude: Not exceeding 2500m.
●Relative humidity: Not exceeding 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40°C. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity levels are permissible (e.g., up to 90% at +20°C), allowing for moderate condensation under varying temperature conditions.
● The tilt angle of the equipment relative to the vertical plane should not exceed 5° during installation.
● The equipment should be installed in a location free from severe vibrations, impacts, and corrosive environments.

Product Structure
The XL-21 type power distribution cabinet is designed for indoor wall-mounted installation, featuring a single-front-door opening configuration. Its basic structure is constructed by bending steel plates and welding angle steel components together. On the front-right side, a knife switch handle can be installed for manually controlling the power supply—specifically, for switching it on and off. Additionally, the cabinet door can accommodate operation buttons, indicator lights, and display instruments. Once the door is opened, all internal components of the distribution box are fully exposed, making maintenance and inspection convenient. This distribution cabinet is equipped with an air circuit breaker and fuses to provide short-circuit protection. It also includes a contactor and a thermal relay for enhanced safety and functionality. Both the door and the cabinet body are fitted with grounding screws, ensuring a reliable electrical connection between the enclosure and the ground.
