    The GGD-type low-voltage fixed switchgear is designed for use in power distribution systems—such as those found in power plants, substations, industrial facilities, and other electricity-consuming enterprises—as part of AC 50Hz systems with a rated operating voltage of 380V and a rated current capacity up to 6300A. It serves primarily for the conversion, distribution, and control of electrical energy in applications involving power supply, lighting, and general-purpose equipment. This product boasts high breaking capacity, with a rated short-time withstand current reaching up to 50 kA, along with features like flexible circuit configurations, convenient modular combinations, exceptional practicality, and an innovative design. As such, it stands out as one of China’s leading examples of assembled, fixed-panel switchgear cabinets.

    This product complies with standards such as GB7251.12-2013 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies" and IEC60349 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies."

    Normal operating conditions

    ● Ambient temperature: -50°C to +40°C, with the average temperature not exceeding +36°C over any 24-hour period.

    ●Altitude: Not exceeding 2500m.

    ●Relative humidity: Not exceeding 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40°C. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity levels are permissible (e.g., up to 90% at +20°C), allowing for moderate condensation under varying temperature conditions.

    ● The tilt of the equipment relative to a vertical surface should not exceed 5° during installation.

    ● The equipment should be installed in a location free from severe vibrations, impacts, and corrosive environments.

    Ordering Instructions (Please specify when placing your order)

    1. Main circuit scheme number, purpose, single-line system diagram, arrangement drawing, and distribution room layout plan, etc.

    2. Schematic diagram of the auxiliary circuit wiring and terminal arrangement diagram.

    3. Model, specifications, and quantity of electrical components within the switchgear.

    4. Requirements for control, measurement, and protection functions of switching equipment, as well as requirements for other interlocking and automatic devices.

    5. If bus bridges are required to connect switchgear units or incoming feeder cabinets, please provide the rated current-carrying capacity of the bus bridge, as well as specific requirements such as the bridge's span and height from the ground.

    6. When attachments or spare parts are needed, please specify the type and quantity required.

    7. If the switchgear is to be used in special environmental conditions, other specific requirements should be clearly specified at the time of order placement.
